St. Augustine Lighthouse Camps
May 29-June 29: One-week camps for kindergarten through 4th grade students. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for $125 (1-4 p.m. available for $15 per day extra). With it’s own unique paint design by day and flash pattern at night, the St. Augustine Lighthouse tells sailors that they are approaching the town. June 4-29: Children in grades 1 through 6 will learn to express themselves through techniques in painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and other artistic methods. Each week-long session has a different theme taught by Master Artists who are dedicated to teaching young artists.

St. Johns County Parks & Rec Camps
SJC Exploration Summer Camp – Join our Park Naturalists for a weeklong Exploration Camp where children will get the opportunity to explore the natural world around us. Campers will have an exciting week chock-full of field trips while expanding their understanding of our local ecosystems, sustainability, and how to collect and analyze data like a scientist. There will be two weeklong sessions: July 23-27 for ages 5-8 (*completed kindergarten) and July 30-August 3 for ages 9-12 from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm at Ketterlinus Gym, 60 Orange Street, St. Augustine. Teen Leadership Camp

The North Florida Teen Leadership Institute is a Leader in Training (LIT), leadership education, and volunteer service program specifically designed for 13-16-year-olds. Teens will learn leadership confidence skills, qualities of strong leaders, and organizational and planning skills. Teens will also benefit from career training, and college preparation all while enjoying fun and innovative activities. Teens will participate in Teen Challenge field trips and volunteer experiences to help prepare them to become future leaders! Teens will spend their morning working as Leaders in Training (LIT) in The Village Academy Summer Camp. As LITs, teens will assist camp counselors with morning round ups, arts and crafts, science experiments, sports, camp songs, fun with food projects, and chaperone weekly summer camp field trips. After working as LITs in the morning teens will participate in innovative afternoon activities focused on leadership development and enjoy teen swim time. They will also enjoy Teen Challenge Field Trips that are designed to build confidence and courage and help teens to discover their own value and uniqueness. May 29 – Aug. 10: The First Coast YMCA is getting ready for the Best. Summer. Ever! with Worlds of Imagination at Super Summer Adventure Day Camp. Children ages 5-15 (varies by location) will travel through time, visit the dinosaurs, blast into the future, and everything in between—all while developing their character in interactive games and activities. We have dozens of locations across the First Coast. A typical week of camp includes: Camper’s Choice & Play during early morning and late afternoon hours, Skills building related to STEM, Art and Humanities, Sports and outdoor recreation play, Participates in Camp Readers Program, Start and end a camp day with a group assembly filled with song, dance and recognition to celebrate the spirit of camp.At least twice a week, campers participate in our Safety Around Water program which is designed to gain the basics skills of water safety in a group setting, Character development with a focus on our core values: Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility.
