Frontier Airlines has begun non-stop flight service from St. Augustine to Washington Dulles International Airport, the only airline to provide service from the Northeast Florida Regional Airport (NFRA).

Celebrating this new service, a contest has been won by Jessica Duvall, who won round-trip tickets for two and a stay in the Balcony Room at the historic www.StFrancisInn.com – the oldest inn in America’s oldest city.

The contest, sponsored by Frontier Airlines and www.FloridasHistoricCoast.com , is the beginning of new destinations that will bring visitors to-and-from NFRA (St. Augustine) and one of the most easily accessible flight cities in the Southeast US.

The September 8, 2014 INAUGURAL FLIGHT to St. Augustine brought the grand prize winner to America’s Oldest City to begin her three-day adventure.

“This is another great day for the Northeast Florida Regional Airport. The new flights will allow visitors from the Washington D.C. region low fare access to all that St. Augustine and the First Coast have to offer,” said Robert Cox, chairman of the St. Augustine — St. Johns County Airport Authority.

A stay at the St. Francis Inn, circa 1791, will be part of the prize awarded winner of the meatball contest.
