Encompassing approximately 73,000 acres of salt marsh and mangrove tidal wetlands, oyster bars, estuarine lagoons, upland habitat and offshore seas. The GTM Research Reserve has three beach access parking lots, ten miles of upland hiking trails and two small boat launches located off A1A in South Ponte Vedra Beach, parking $3. The GTM Environmental Education Center is open daily 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and closed state holidays. Admission $2 adults, $1 children age 10 – 17, under 17 free.

You won’t be disappointed by a tour of this stunning distillery housed in a historic, 1920s, ice-manufacturing plant. The young company is eager to share its love of Florida’s distilling heritage, the building’s former life as an ice plant and its quest to produce the country’s best farm to bottle spirits.

Watch spirits made from scratch with locally famed ingredients, in copper-pot stills, using age-old techniques. St. Augustine Distillery’s line of distilled spirits includes super premium whisky, gin, rum and vodka.

A short audiovisual presentation; enjoy a guided walking tour of the production facility. You pass over the bottling line, sparkling wine production area, on to the Port and Cream Sherry in the authentic Oak Barrel Room. Enjoy a wine tasting experience, showing all the interesting steps of how to taste and savor a selection of San Sebastian wines. Tours last approximately one hour. The Wine Shop offers a variety of gift items, glassware, wine accessories, gourmet foods and specialty gift baskets.
