From Romanza St. Augustine
St. Augustine, FL – It’s the wearing of the green! … Or pirate garb. … Or a Stormtrooper costume. We’ve seen it all before in the annual St. Augustine St. Patrick’s Day Parade — the ONLY St. Patrick’s Day parade in northeast Florida.
So whether you’re a business, school, organization, or just a motley bunch, we’re inviting you to find your theme and join this year’s shenanigans.
The 5th annual parade happens at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14 in downtown St. Augustine. Enter in one of three categories: Band, marching unit or float. Prizes will be given for the best in each category.

The parade is part of the 5th Annual St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival, held March 13-15 at Francis Field, 29 W. Castillo Drive, St. Augustine. After the parade, follow the crowds to the festival.
Parade participants can wear traditional colors, leprechaun beards and shamrocks. … Kilts prove particularly popular, too. What you wear underneath is your secret!
For the Festival, advance general admission tickets are $7, with VIP tickets for $45 special seating, restrooms, bar, T-shirt and other perks. Ticket prices will increase on March 1.
