Pilot Club of St. Augustine past president Consuleo Lippi has returned from Ecuador where she delivered equipment to the orphanage Laura Vicuña near Quito, Ecuador.

Donated to the orphanage were two computers and one printer. A technician accompanied Lippi to the orphanage when she made the presentation and installed the computers and printer. Accompanying the St. Augustine resident was her brother, Patricio, also a computer technician who assisted with the installation.

The computers arrived at a good time, it was noted, because the orphanage’s only computer had just crashed and could not be repaired.
