Horse camp
Full Circle Horse Ranch offers an all day camp where riders will learn how to care for a horse and enjoy riding. Lunch is also provided. The Dance Company summer programs

The Dance Company, 370 A1A Beach Blvd., offers summer dance camp for ages 3 to 8 will be offered from 9 a.m. to noon June 16-27 and June 14-25 for beginning and recreational dancers. Cost is $150 per week, with discounts for multiple weeks. Intermediate and advanced dancers ages 8 and older can attend camp from 1 to 4 p.m. June 16-26 and July 14-24. Cost is $125 for one week, with discounts for multiple weeks. Summer intensive camps with guest artists are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 4-8 (ages 8 and older) with Janice Barringer, ballet; Myles Thoroughgood, jazz; Christina Hedrick, Broadway; and Savannah Blass, lyrical. Camps at First Coast Technical College

Camps of all kinds are available at two locations of First Coast Technical College. Choose from Mock Trial for middle school students on June 13-16 and Mock Senate for high school students July 7-10;  Ipad and Traditional Art camps will be June 23-26 for middle school students, and June 30 through July 3 for high school students; Entrepreneurship camp for high school students will be July 28-31; Rocketry for middle school students is June 16-19, and June 23-29 for high school ages. Horse camp

Steppingstone Farm, 2191 Tocoi Terrace, will offer horse camps this summer for children age 7 and older. Participants will meet new friends in addition to learning everything there is to know about horses. The weeklong camps are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday–Friday. The cost is $275. Summer Musical TheatreCamp (Curtis camp)

The Summer Musical TheatreCamp for Kids and Teens begins its 20th the classic musical Grease and An Evening of One-Acts Plays as the shows for the high school division of this educational program. The high school camp begins Monday, June 9 and runs four consecutive weeks ending with the productions of Grease on July 3, July 5 and July 6; and An Evening of One-Acts Plays on July 5 and 6. The second session of SMTC begins with programs for kids ages 5 through 11, and a second session of middle school and high school aged kids. The kids show this summer is a production of Cinderella’s Glass Slipper and the teen crossover group with perform the musical The Wiz. These camps begin on Monday, July 7 and continue four consecutive weeks with performances of both shows on the weekend of August 1-3. Sailing camp

Schooner Freedom Charters will offer two weeklong sailing camps this summer. The July 21–27 camp will be for sailors entering sixth to eighth grades. The July 28-Aug. 3 camp will be for sailors entering grades 9-12. The camp will introduce children to life aboard a traditional schooner while sailing the waters of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Participants will sail, fish, swim, explore, surf, kayak and make memories that will last a lifetime. The cost is $1,350 and includes all meals and camp T-shirts. Flagler Basketball camps

Coach E offers basketball camps at Flagler College this summer. An overnight camp for girls in 6th through 12th grades will be June 21-22. A day camp for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through 8th will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 14-18.  Cost is $125 in advance; $150 after June 9 for both camps. July 7-10: For ages 6 to 16, Island Basketball Camp will be held at St. Joseph Academy gym, 155 State Road 207. Deaf & Blind camps

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind will offer three camp programs for eligible students this summer. Camps include Summer Quest, June 15-20, Summer Explorers Camp, June 22-27 and Summer Day Camp, June 16-27. Christian Academy camps

Shamrock soccer camps

Residential and day camps are available for ages 5 to 28 at Flagler College. Multiple sessions are available, with overnight camps including camp ball, T-shirt, three nights accommodation and three meals per day. Full day and half-day camps also are available. Riding camps

The Good Beginning Riding Centre, just south of Wildwood Drive, offers riding summer camps for ages 5 to 12 June 9-13; June 23-27, July 7-11 and July 21-25. Camps are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Only six riders are allowed per camp. Cost is $250 per camp. Call 904-669-1324.

Sewing camp

July 7-11 and July 14-18: Sew Chic Stitching Lounge in the Ponce de Leon Mall will offer two camps for ages 8 to 15. Camps will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Campers will bring home at least one project per day. Cost is $150 per week and includes all supplies and a snack each day. Call904-794-2900.

Preschool summer camp

June 23-27: For ages 3 and 4, a preschool summer camp will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday at Ancient City Gymnastic & Dance, 1703 Lakeside Ave. Cost is $20 per day. Children by be registered by June 19. Call 904-342-0109.

Hands On History camps are available at the Castillo De San Marcos from June 9-13, June 23-27 and July 7-11 for students entering 5th and 6th grades (ages 9-11). Fort Matanzas camp is from July 21-25. The camps highlights daily themes with supporting games, activities and hands-on projects. Camp time is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily. Cost is $25. Jungle Book Kids

Summer camp begins June 23 at Limelight Theatre for grades K-5. The jungle is jumpin’ with jazz in this exciting Disney classic! Join Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Camp times are 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. High School audition camp

June 30-July 3: For high school age students, this camp runs from 1 to 4 p.m. each day (four days) at Limelight Theatre. Want to learn how to nail your next audition? This workshop is going to focus on learning the basic skills required for confidently auditioning and performing at your best! We will address monologue auditions as well as “cold” readings. Please bring a monologue you are interested in working on to the camp. In the last hour of class on Thursday, you will have a mock audition in front of Limelight Executive Director Beth Lambert! Broadway Boot Camp

July 7-18: This 2-week camp is for middle and high school students from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Have you got what it takes to be a triple threat? In this camp we will work on honing your singing, dancing, and performance skills using musical theatre repertoire. Each student will work on a solo piece in addition to the big group number! You will emerge from this class with a 16-bar audition cut, as well as rehearsal of the entire song for performance. This camp is limited to 15 students. Cost is $200. Limelight’s Week of Workshops

July 21-25: Students can take individual workshops only, or opt to take three or more for a package deal! Middle school workshops are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and high school camps are from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $25 per workshop for single courses; $20 per workshop for three or more. Adventure camps for first through fifth graders will be available at the St. Augustine Lighthouse. The St. Augustine Yacht Club offers beginner, intermediate and advanced sailing camps each week that include maritime history. All instructors are U.S. Sailing certified. The St. Augustine Youth Theatre, led by Kate Messenger, will offer summer camps for children and teens beginning June 9. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to noon for elementary school, and 1 to 4 p.m. for middle and high school students. Each week in June the acting camps will have a different theme such as pirates, pop stars, improv comedy, and more. Weekly fees $150 or $450 for the month.
