The New 76ers to perform Oct. 4 as part of Gamble Rogers series

Hailing from Tallahassee, The New 76ers will perform Saturday, Oct. 4 as part of the Gamble Rogers Concert Series. The band will perform a mix of  Americana, roots, folk and country music.

Members are Danny and Kelly Goddard, both on guitar and vocals; and Brian Durham on bass and vocals. For more about the band, go to www.acoustichappiness.com. A video of the  band’s song, The Way, is shown with this post.

The concert series is held at the Lohman Auditorium, which is located behind the Whitney Lab at Marineland, 9505 Ocean Shore Blvd., from A1A South.

Local musicians Elisabeth Williamson and Jim Quine will open the show. Doors will open at 6 p.m .and the music starts at 7 p.m.
