Whisky tasting March 13 opens Celtic Festival

whisky tastingSt. Augustine, FL – The St. Augustine Celtic Festival kicks off at 7 p.m. Friday, March 13 by celebrating the best in Celtic whiskies. Five offerings and an insightful presentation by Tullamore D.E.W. Brand Ambassador Sophie O’Donoghue will be featured.

A combination of her love for whisky and the sun are just two of the many reasons why O’Donoghue fell naturally into her role as Florida’s Brand Ambassador for
Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey.

Like her hometown, O’Donoghue is full of banter and is rich in Irish heritage. He was chosen out of 1,300 applicants to take on the role as a Brand Ambassador.

As much as she loved life on the Emerald Isle, she couldn’t resist the chance to come stateside and raise glasses of Tullamore D.E.W with the folks of Florida. As brand ambassador, she educates consumers and clients on the core range and works to organize and implement various brand activations.

O’Donoghue is having the time of her life in Florida working for William Grant & Sons, both  personally and professionally. Whether it’s trying new cuisines, tasting a rare whisky or introducing people to her beloved Tullamore D.E.W., every day is a new adventure.
