â€œBring a Friend Month in Juneâ€- Double your chances to save lives and attend an event. The opportunity is available at any Blood Alliance Donor Center or blood drive in Northeast Florida, Blood Center officials report. Daily random drawings are planned for all donors.
June 1- June 6: Daily random drawings throughout the week for a total giveaway of 16 pairs of tickets to June 13 or 14â€™s Florida Country Superfest at Everbank Field with Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban!
June 7-June 13: Join blood banks throughout the nation for the seventh annual â€œWorld Blood Donor Weekâ€ and claim your badge of honor at any blood drive or donor center with a Nexcare GIVE Bandage – specially designed with a message of inspiration and gratitude.
June 14-June 30: There will be daily random drawings for a total of 30 pairs of tickets to the July 18th Armada FC soccer game against the New York Cosmos at Bragan Field Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.

Look out for VIP ticket upgrades to the July 6 â€œMusic Saves Livesâ€ Warped Tour concert at specific Warped Tour blood drives throughout Jacksonville. The Blood Alliance has 2,000 VIP ticket upgrades to the concert and will give a pair to each donor who gives blood at designated Warped Tour blood drives throughout June! FACT:Â If donors gave two times per year, blood shortages could be prevented.Â The Blood Alliance must collect blood from about 300 donors every day to meet the needs of area hospitals it serves as their SOLE provider of blood.
