Pause. Play. Pamper. Well Women 360, a Day Spa and Children’s Play Place, is locally owned by St. Augustine resident Lorraine Searle, who has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery, a master’s degree in Health Studies, and Montessori early childhood teaching certification.
She opened Well Women 360 in 2018 at 240 San Marco Ave., in uptown St. Augustine, the former location of Mariotti’s Dry Cleaners. Searle reopened in January 2021 after closing for most of 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Well Women offers moms a space for community, relaxation, and education in a safe and nurturing environment — with spa treatments that include complimentary childcare, an updated children’s class schedule, a cafe with local coffee and healthy lunch and snacks, talks by health professionals, childbirth classes, and a venue space for gatherings — something much-needed in the St. Augustine and St. Johns County area.
The Day Spa offers facials and massage, with a monthly spa membership, and organic spa products.
The Play Place is Montessori-inspired — with indoor and outdoor play equipment for babies, toddlers, and pre-school age children.
Children’s Classes are held at 10 a.m. Tuesday-Friday with a different theme each day. From March 2-30, Mommy & Me Yoga will take place each Tuesday, a collaboration with Pilates Yoga Loft.
Brooks Rehabilitation partners with Well Women 360 on the last Tuesday of each month to provide an hour of play and learning. Cost to play is $10 (with childcare provided) during the presentation. The schedule:
- Feb. 23: How to Make Toys Using Household Items
- March 30: Preschool Readiness
- April 27: The Benefits of Coloring
- May 25: Picky vs. Problem Eating
- June 29: My Child is Talking. Now What?
Well Women 360 also offers a venue rental – with indoor and outdoor space, and exclusive use of the Play Place. Spa Parties also are available for women and girls of all ages.
On Saturday, the Day Spa is open by appointment only. On Sunday, Searle offers childbirth education classes that include spa discounts for pre/post delivery massage. She will provide post delivery support in their homes as well, and a free overview is available by appointment for the childbirth classes.
