Grab some friends and escape for a 90-minute adventure on the waters that surround the nation’s oldest city — St. Augustine, Florida. The boat leaves from a dock near the Vilano Beach Pier behind Beaches at Vilano restaurant. Park for free and bring along adult beverages, water and some snacks, and then let the crew do the rest. (Bring cash to tip the crew.)
We recently experienced the sunset tour and had a BLAST! Our party of four joined a party of twelve and a party of two, with a total of 18 people on the boat. Each tour can accommodate 20 people.
THE SIGHTS
There’s really nothing like viewing the ancient city landmarks from the water. We passed by: The Vilano Beach Bridge and the Vilano Beach Pier, The Great Cross, the Castillo de San Marcos, the historic bayfront and downtown St. Augustine, the City Marina, the Bridge of Lions, and had a beautiful view of the St. Augustine Lighthouse as the light came on at sunset.
CYCLING
Yes, the boat is equipped with pedals for cycling at each seat at the bar in the center of the vessel. Guests who want the extra component of exercise can cycle away … guests who don’t, can simply opt out!

Through their travel experiences, they realized how fortunate we are to have grown up in such a beautiful area … which was influential in sparking the idea for Old Town Cycle Cruise.
Their purpose is to show locals and tourists the best parts of St. Augustine from their perspective — all from the water. They want to create a positive, feel-good environment for customers by connecting individuals through experience.
