When you think of Christmas in the nation’s Oldest City, two things immediately come to mind. Number one on the list in the fabulous Nights of Lights. Not far behind is the St. Augustine Ballet Nutcracker, now in its amazing 11th year.
Performances are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21 and Sunday, Dec. 22 in downtown St. Augustine’s Lewis Auditorium.

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum is excited to announce an upcoming World War II exhibit, “Guardians of the First Coast: A World-Wide Story Told through Local Eyes,” set to open in 2020.
Oct. 3-5: Mary Poppins features 70+ students at St. Augustine High School
It’s Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! St. Johns County Center of the Arts (SJCCA) presents Mary Poppins, on stage October 3-5 at St. Augustine High School, 3205 Varella Ave., St. Augustine. Tickets are $15 for adults, and $10 for students. The 6 p.m. performance on Friday, Oct. 4 features $5 tickets for all students in grades k-12.
